Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your fragrance, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@viosaperfume.com with:
- Your order number
- Your reason for return
We will then provide full return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue promptly with either a replacement or a full refund.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.
